TEMULAWAK Essential Oil is obtained by distilling the rhizome of curcuma (C.xanthorriza) through the steam distillation method. Temulawak essential oil contains limonene which functions as a fragrance and contains flavonoids which are good for inflammation. The characteristic feature of temulawak essential oil is the presence of xanthorrhizol which provides a protective effect on the kidneys.
The harvesting of this plant is carried out on temulawak which is 7-12 months old which is marked by yellow and fallen plants or leaves. Temulawak is used in various bioactivities such as antioxidant, anti-bacterial, antibiotic and antiseptic. For a truly unique aroma experience, apply one drop of Temulawak essential oil to the inside of your wrists, and rub your wrists together. First, dilution is carried out with the addition of a carrier oil such as coconut oil, olive oil, or other solvents to reduce the concentration of essential oils.
