Ylang-ylang oil, like ylang-ylang oil, can be used in the pharmaceutical industry for the manufacture of medicines, the cosmetic industry, fragrances, and as a mixture in food ingredients (George et al., 2008), but Ketaren (1985) states that ylang-ylang oil has smells not as sharp as ylang-ylang oil. Facciola (1990) explains that ylang ylang oil is used in Southeast Asia as an aroma enhancer in coconut oil, as a flavoring for candies, soft drinks, and chewing gum. Our ylang ylang oil is obtained from the extraction of ylang ylang flowers by the steam distillation method, the resulting oil is almost colorless to dark yellow. This benefit has been extensively researched and has various biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antioxidant.
